Please note.  Generally Zenun Homes doesn't charge for adjusting our existing designs however planning a development is more complex, time consuming and expensive to create. Depending on the complexity of your development and the time and architectural design elements required to do this for you then Zenun Homes may charge a nominal feasability and design  fee to cover our time, drafting and achitectural design costs. This can be  worked out and discussed  with you personally at a free building consultation meeting we provide prior to getting things underway.
